THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN CABINET, AND ARE GIVING US A PROBLEM GETTING IT REPLACED.

THIS IS AFTER US BUYING OVER $6000.00 OF CABINETS FROM THEM . THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SOLD US A BROKEN CABINET, INSTEAD OF LETTING US BRING IT BACK AND EXCHANGE IT AT THE SAME TIME THEY WANT US TO DRIVE IT BACK UP THERE SO THEY CAN INSPECT IT AND THEN MAKE A DECISION TO ORDER ANOTHER CABINET & REPLACE IT. INSTEAD OF ORDERING A REPLACEMENT AND LETTING US BRING IT UP WHEN IT COMES IN.

IT IS ALREADY AN INCONVENIENCE TO US TO LOAD IT BACK UP & BRING IT BACK BUT I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO MAKE TWO MORE TRIPS TO RESOLVE IT.INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF A GOOD CUSTOMER, THEY WANT TO MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE TO GET IT RESOLVED.
